I am perfectly aware that vacation posts make most people want to pull out their eyelids down and tuck them quaintly underneath their chin. So I will spare you the details. You just want to see pics anyways, to see how fat I look in my swimsuit. So here goes.

That looked like a total blast Brooke. Did you guys go shopping for the same suits? You all looked so good. Fat? Whatever.
So glad you could have some fun in the sun and be with a good group of friends. Those kids are so darn cute. Take care and glad your back.
iknew someone would comment on the suits! They are all different, but lets face it, there isn't a huge selection of modest suits to find, so they all look pretty similar. And black is always flattering.

AHHH your plane got struck by lightning. I am dying. how do you know? what happened? I need to know for safety reasons.
Looks like such a fun trip. I wish I was there and not here at the computer right now. =( Next fun trip you guys go on should be out west so the west family could join in. just a thought... Lake Tahoe? So Cal?
Looks like a great trip. Lots of fun and swimming, even bunny ears by your hubby- lol. I totally know what you mean about the swimming suits. I managed to find one at Old Navy that's coral- I still need to sew a patch of fabric on it so it's not too low.
Looks super fun! You girls look like triplets in your matching suits and matching pool toys. Modest suits are definitely hard to find, and you are right - black is always flattering (I always go back to basic black).
It's not that we don't like vacation posts...it's just that we get INSANELY jealous of all the fun! Looks like a great trip. Claire is at the perfect age to enjoy all that! Fun fun fun! But glad you are back to join all of us in the misery we call Pittsburgh weather.

AS we were coming into pittsburgh, it started getting rainy, suprise. There was a flash of light and a bang- not a bang light thunder, but a bang like something hitting the plane. Melanie said she could feel the plane bump, but I didn't notice, because I was frightened by the bang. But it didn't affect the flight. The pilot didn't even acknowledge it, which made me more scared, like if something had happened and we were going to die, he just didn't want to excite us all. But we landed just fine, and they had to inspect the plane after we landed to make sure there was no damage.
The flight attendant told Jana that she has been flying for 20 years and she has only been struck by lightening 3 times. Aren't we lucky!
Okay, rude. Are you saying my post on the trip was boring? :) It was a great time!!! And you ARE NOT fat!!! Gorgeous more like it. I totally forgot to talk about the lightening thing. What was I thinking? That was SO scary. I was pitting out for the rest of the flight. I am sure flight attendants hate me. I don't remember the last flight I have been on where I didn't feel like we were going down and I had to ask if everything was alright. :) Rachel makes me laugh too. lol
Sounds like it was just what you needed...except you came home to Pittsburgh and rain rain rain!Scary about the plane getting struck by lightning! Glad you're back even if you are not!
How fun! This sounds like my kind of trip! I've never been to Florida before. We went to Disneyland 2 1/2 years ago but I'd LOVE to go to Disneyworld.
I'm very jealous. I'm glad that you had a good time. You deserve it!!! Now, time to start counting down for you next and definately more fun vacation. Dad is funnier than Mickey Mouse any day of the week.
Looks like you had a fun trip. I would love to do to Disney World, or any fun vacation for that matter. When you have 4 kids it gets a little harder to plan trips

Hope you don't mind my ghost blogging once in awhile but I just had to comment...You look great in your swimming suit..just beautiful..trust me on this one someday you will look at this picture and wonder why you were so hard on yourself. I've done that in old pictures and now I wish I could only look half that good and be that small! Anyway you have two darliing little girls and I love to take a peek at you guys--keep up with the old neighborhood ya know..Love, Jera S.
